Alan Sze, PA-C

Alan Sze, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a clinical focus in orthopedic surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge, and completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences.

Alan has always had a passion for human movement, sports performance, and injury recovery. Having sustained multiple injuries himself, he understands the challenges patients face when pain limits their lifestyle or athletic goals. Before becoming a PA, he worked as a personal trainer and gained experience in both outpatient and acute rehabilitation, developing a strong foundation in biomechanics and functional recovery. During PA school, he also rotated in orthopedics, further strengthening his clinical interest in musculoskeletal care.

As a Physician Assistant in orthopedic surgery, Alan provides comprehensive evaluation and management of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, joint pain, fractures, and peri-operative care. He values a team-focused approach and emphasizes clear communication, collaborative decision-making, and evidence-based treatment.

Alan is committed to helping individuals feel confident in their bodies—whether returning to daily activities, getting back to sports, or trying new activities and experiences.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys running, strength training, golf, solving escape rooms, and spending quality time with his friends.
